PE Embossed film is a tangible polyethylene film, using as separator films or release film for sticky substrates.   The embossing reduces the contact surface between the film and the substrate, thereby trapping the air. This makes it easy to remove the film again.

Application :

This product is mainly used in the production process of radial tire and the essential auxiliary material for the production of radial tire. It is mainly used in the following processes; In the production processes of Steel cord calendaring, tread, tread top, tire wall and tread bracing layer belt layer, forming inner lining layer, thin film calendaring etc, the prefabricated rubber sheet is required; while this soft, stiff and neat isolating fresh-keeping film is the ideal material to keep the rubber sheet fresh, for it can be fully applied to the prefabricated rubber sheet, yet easy to peel. With all performance indexes, such as textile strength, elongation at break, tearing strength, melting point, content of copper, that of manganese, acetone abstract, having met the application requirements, this product are popular among and accepted by world major tire manufacturers.
